Four Seasons Resort Nevis offers 196 spacious rooms and suites in 12 two-storey guest buildings just steps from the shore, canopied by swaying palms and surrounded on three sides by the spectacular golf course. In addition, an array of two- to six-bedroom Residence Villas and Estate Homes offer more than the comforts of home with a special sense of seclusion, with views of the island, the golf course and, at the highest hillside vantage points, the island of St. Kitt’s.

Guest rooms feature a furnished outdoor veranda or patio reached through wooden-shuttered sliding glass doors. Oversized full marble bathrooms include a deep soaking tub and a separate shower.

The Resort's two luxury suites (Nelson or Hamilton) are ideal for anyone wishing to entertain privately. Each one-bedroom suite includes two large, teak-furnished balconies with elevated views of the Caribbean Sea, the island of St. Kitts and the beachfront.
