CUISINE Cuisine at East Winds is of the highest standard. We work closely with local producers to source the freshest local produce, whether that be fresh fish, such as Marlin or Swordfish, caught daily from our abundant seas, fresh vegetables from local farmers or the freshest herbs from our very own herb garden.
Paula's Corner Head to Paula’s Corner for your morning breakfast. Paula will be busy serving hot breakfast options every day, including speciality St Lucian hot breakfast options. Breakfast buffet.
Sugar Pot Barbeque 4 days a week for lunch
Main Restaurant Oceanfront serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The main restaurant is open for every meal. Breakfast and lunch are self-service, relaxed affairs with a table waiter available for drinks and extra desserts. Dinner is full silver service with an evening dress code of smart/casual with long trousers for gentleman.
All Day Dining: East Winds also offers an all day lite fare menu with a select number of choices for our guests to enjoy at their convenience. Our all day dining menu is perfect for guests who have chosen a day trip on the island and want to eat outside normal meal times, or guests who are looking for a little snack between meals.
Private Dining: Perfect for honeymoon couples or guests looking for a romantic dining experience, our thatched gazebos sit along the beachfront and are available for lunch or dinner.

ENTERTAINMENT & BARS Our boutique resort features a number of picture-perfect spots to catch up with an old friend, meet new friends, and share in the Saint Lucian hospitality of our local bartending team. Guests may enjoy a glass of fine Champagne whenever they wish, or alternatively choose from our cocktail list and enjoy a traditional drink such as “Ti Ponche” rum punch served directly to your beachfront cabana.
Clubhouse The Clubhouse is a perfect place to mingle with the other guests for pre-dinner drinks. The evenings before dinner have a house party feel, with guests gathering at the Clubhouse to chat about their day, share a cocktail, and even challenge the bartenders to create a new cocktail from our well-stocked bar. Open all day the Clubhouse is the perfect place to get yourself a drink and relax.
Sunset Bar Perfect bar to enjoy your favourite cocktail, aperitif, and the company of fellow guests. Our bartenders will also visit you on the beach and are happy to deliver your favourite cocktail directly to your chosen spot in the sun.
Pool Bar Our swim-up Pool bar is a very popular feature at East Winds. Offering the unique feature of a self-service bar, guests have the opportunity to get creative and test out our cocktail menu whilst taking turns in hosting one another.
Entertainment With an expertly prepared cocktail in hand, enjoy your evening meal with live nightly entertainment in the Main Restaurant. A mix of traditional island music and music played from the Caribbean’s only Steinway piano, top off each day perfectly with a soundtrack to your Caribbean holiday.

SPA & WELLNESS
Yoga & Pilates
We invite all of our guests to participate in our Yoga and Pilates classes offered four days each week (2 of each). Both are complimentary and take place in our Yoga Pavilion located at the foot of our walking trail, next to our Oceanfront Rooms. Our classes are tailored to suit a wide variety of skill levels.
Fitness Equipment
For guests looking to get their heart rate up, we offer a small collection of fitness equipment including a treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical trainer. Our fitness equipment is available in our Yoga Pavilion and as such we ask that guests avoid workouts during our organized Yoga and Pilates classes.
Open Air Spa Pavilion
Visiting the spa at East Winds is neither about glitz nor glamour. Our Open Air Spa Pavilion exists to deliver personal and effective spa treatments in an atmosphere that can only be described as truly Caribbean. Featuring two private treatment rooms, guests of our spa enjoy the soothing sounds of the gardens that surround them, and the cooling tropical breeze that glides over them during their treatment. Appointments may be booked in advance upon your arrival to the resort.

WATER ACTIVITIES
The following activities are offered to our guests at no extra charge as part of the All Inclusive package : Hobie Cat Sailing, Hobie Cat Sailing Lessons, Off-beach Snorkelling, Paddle-boarding, Kayaking
For those looking for a more involved water-sports excursion, our team can help arrange a personalized day of scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, whale watching, or snorkelling. Caribbean Divers, one of Saint Lucia’s premier dive shops is also located a short 200-yard stroll down the beach. Please note: An extra charge will be incurred for these activities.
