DINING Our menu features many local artisan products, from island gathered honey and roasted coffee beans to varieties of vegetables and seafood. Breakfast and lunch are served seaside at the famed Harbour Island icon— Blue Bar & Restaurant. Dinner is served in Malcolm 51, depending on weather conditions; reservations are recommended. Malcolm 51, named after Alan Malcolm, the visionary founder of Pinks Sands Resort, celebrates the history and unique design of the English island great houses. Here our guests enjoy the wonderful detailing of hardwood floors, rich, tasteful furnishings, terraced gardens, and a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Happy Hour specials daily at Blue Bar & Restaurant from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.
