EATING & DRINKING Each home features a fully equipped kitchen, but having breakfast and lunch in “Covecastles” restaurant is so much more convenient. The restaurant is centrally located in the hotel and offers a panoramic view of the beach and nearby Sint Maarten/Saint Martin. Room service is available at no extra charge! We also offer a concierge service where we gladly pre-stock your kitchen with provisions or we can book you a private chef.

ACTIVITIES
- Admiring the lush tropical surroundings is one thing, experiencing it to the fullest is quite another. Enjoy the exceptional experience of seeing wild dolphins and whales leaping a short distance in front of Covecastles, or have your breath taken away at the sight of the many turtles that come onto our beach to make their nests.
- Anyone for tennis? The tennis court can be booked a day in advance and for those who wish to improve their game, a tennis pro can be requested as a coach.
- Kayaks can be reserved and a trip on a glass-bottomed boat can be booked at the reception for those who would like to get a closer look at what goes on under the sea.
- Awaken the seafarer in you by taking a day sail on 'Chocolate Catamaran' with fabulous snorkeling and swimming in the gin clear waters of Prickly Pear. Lunch is included.
- Indulge your romantic side with a sunset cruise or a private charter to really top off your vacation.
- Be a pirate for a day on a desert island. Scilly Cay is a sand bar surrounded by sea and has a small restaurant on it. A three-minute boat ride will get you there where rum punch, crayfish, and lobster lunches await. Take your own towels and snorkel gear, and don’t forget the sunblock. They are open on Wednesdays and Fridays, with live music on Sundays.
- Don’t forget about Little Bay with its secluded beach and super snorkeling.
- Charter a boat to get you there and leave in your own time. A day trip to one of the neighboring islands is a must. The French and Dutch island of St. Martin/St. Maarten is a 20-minute ferry ride away to Marigot on the French side, and a longer ferry ride to the airport on the Dutch side. Most businesses on the French side close for lunch, but on the Dutch side, they are open all day. Duty-free shopping is a huge attraction, amongst many others. St. Barth’s is a bit further away, but can be reached with a small charter plane, or a boat can be arranged. A ferry to St. Martin/St. Maarten and then a ferry to St. Barth’s is also an option.
