VERANDA RESTAURANT The long-established Veranda restaurant, wrapped around the Great Room, is the perfect setting for relaxed hospitality where guests can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, and an open bar for drinks and refreshments throughout the day. The evening sees a transformation into a fabulous setting with small intimate tables or settings for larger private parties, such as the popular "Chef's Top Table". Offering an extensive and sophisticated a la carte menu, ingredients are sourced locally ensuring fabulous fresh fish and seafood. Whilst our extensive wine list, which won an Award of Excellence from the Wine Spectator in 2013, will keep even the most enthusiastic oenologist happy.
GREAT ROOM The Great Room Bar with its cooling fans, lime washed woods and West Indian artefacts is elegantly decorated in Messels? signature colonial style. Renowned for its extensive cocktail menu, one of the largest collection of native rums in the Caribbean, and an extensive range of cigars, it is the social hub of the hotel turning into a popular after-dinner meeting place. The weekly Mustique Company cocktail party is held here where all guests get the opportunity to mingle with resident homeowners and catch up on island news.
BEACH CAFE For those seeking something a little less formal the Beach Café situated on Endeavour Bay is a relaxed restaurant and beach bar. A perfect place for meeting up with friends in the morning and for long leisurely lunches under the shade of the palm trees. A delicious menu of fresh fish, lobster, light dishes and a children's menu are available throughout the day, complimented by the selection of freshly made ice creams and thirst quenching sorbets on offer at the popular Ice Cream Parlour. Built in 2013, the new Beach Bar, situated on Endeavour Bay, offers a range of delicious refreshments, from freshly prepared morning juices and smoothies, to the island's finest rum punches and cocktails, the perfect sunset accompaniment.

THE COTTON HOUSE SPA The Cotton House Spa is delighted to announce the launch of a new partnership with the award winning organic spa range ila, chosen to showcase Mustique at its blissful healing best. The bespoke range of treatments, rituals and soul connections, - many designed exclusively for us - take inspiration from the island's most potent natural wonders; the life giving Moringa and Baobab trees; regenerative ylgang ylgang; sweet, revitalising jasmine, and seductive balancing frangipani. The Spa has four treatment rooms and a relaxation room with stunning sea views offering the perfect place to unwind after an indulgent and restorative treatment. Alternatively treatments can be enjoyed in the privacy of your own room or villa by arrangement.

FITNESS Use of the hotel gym, equipped with a multi-gym, treadmills, stationary bikes, a, star stepper, and free weights is complimentary to all hotel guests. There is a fitness instructor who runs a range of daily classes, including the popular sunrise and sunset beach yoga.

WELLNESS CENTER Offering a wide range of classes, from yoga and meditation, to personal training and swim lessons. Group fitness classes are available from Monday to Friday or individual personal training sessions on request.

WATERSPORTS Visit our well stocked Watersports Centre located on Endeavour Bay where you can choose from boogie boards and windsurfers, stand up paddle boards or a glass bottom kayak to explore the reefs beneath the sea. The equipment can even be dropped off at your favourite beach.

SWIMMING & BEACH COMBING There are many beaches to choose from on Mustique; Macaroni and Simplicity beaches situated on the north easterly side of the island offer more swell providing excellent surfing and body boarding conditions, whilst Lagoon, Gelliceaux and Endeavour Bay beaches on the south westerly aspect of the island offer calmer waters more suited to snorkeling and paddle boarding and perfect for family swimming and picnicking.

TENNIS There are four floodlit omnicourts,and two floodlit hard courts . Use of the tennis courts is complimentary. A range of tennis lessons and courses for all ages are available with our resident tennis coach, including daily drop-in games for those looking for social match play. Racquets, whites and tennis balls are available for purchase or hire at the Tennis Club Shop.
