DINING We are proud of our reputation as one of the “foodie” hotels in St. Lucia and we are well visited and liked by locals, other hotel guests as well as our own very special guests. Head Chef Craig has recently been voted Caribbean Chef of the year for 2016 by the Caribbean Journal. The Cliff at Cap offers fine dining with sensational views and a contemporary French Caribbean menu whilst the Naked Fisherman is a more casual seafood on the beach affair. Our walk in wine Cellar is the perfect compliment to great food – not to be missed is our own made Cap Maison Solera Rum!
THE CLIFF AT CAP RESTAURANT The Cliff at Cap offers unobstructed views towards Martinique to the north and Pigeon Island to the West, and surrounded by the magnificent Caribbean sea, with unforgettable sunsets. An extensive selection of wines, and a menu inspired by a fusion of Caribbean and French influence, makes dining at this extraordinary restaurant a real pleasure for any epicurean traveler. Chef Jones’ cuisine is intensely focused, as illustrated by his ‘Studies” in a particular ingredient, often featured on his menus and in doing so he creates innovative, contemporary food. It’s a reason the “Cliff” is rated as the best restaurant on Saint Lucia.
THE NAKED FISHERMAN BEACH BAR & GRILL Nestled on our natural secluded cove is The Naked Fisherman Beach Bar & Grill. A delicious counterpoint to the luxury Saint Lucia resort as it is such a delightful surprise to find nestled in the Cap Maison cove. It is also a boost for a family hotel in Saint Lucia to have something appealing to the kids and Mum and Dad. Smuggler’s Cove beach, is where ‘Cap’ guests love to relax during the day. It provides a “toes in the the sand” moment, whilst listening to the sweet lapping of the waves, or watching stunning sunsets. The “Naked Fisherman” is located right on the beach under a thatched Caribbean style roof, with a state of the art B-B-Q grill. The atmosphere is less formal than the Cliff, but the food is taken just as seriously. The business of cooking fresh juicy steaks, ribs and fresh locally caught Snapper, Grouper and Dorado deserves the best attention of our kitchen brigade. Look out for the many ‘specials’ TNF presents – Creole Seafood ‘Boils’, Lobster Lunches, Sunday Vybe with music and surprise shooters, BBQ Taster night and most recently “The Food Truck”!
CELLAR MAISON WINE BAR At Cellar Maison we are proud of our award winning wine program, so important to our love of good food. The enviable collection at Cap includes: rare champagnes, grand cru Bordeaux, fine Burgundies, orange wines, organic and biodynamic wines made naturally and a collection of fun unpretentious grape varietals from our new world selection. Before lunch or dinner, ask our sommelier to take you to the wine cellar and show you around our collection of 2,000 bottles as he helps you pick your selection. It is possibly the finest wine cellar in Saint Lucia.
DELI AT CELLAR MAISON At the helm of Cap Maison Mr. Ross Stevenson quotes: “Now all guests, resident our nonresident can enjoy fabulous delicatessen and interesting wines worth talking about here in the north of St Lucia since we introduced this Foodelisious weekly experience in our wines cellar” Every Friday the team at Cellar Maison presents an array of cold cuts, charcuterie, and artisanal cheeses playfully paired with talk worthy wines and other interesting beverages in a casual and unpretentious setting.
ROCK MAISON & CHAMPAGNE ZIP LINE Rock Maison is a private wooden deck built on a shoal below the Cliff at Cap Restaurant on the water’s edge, providing an unforgettable experience. The deck area is almost surrounded by the surging sea rolling over the coral reefs and is accessed by a wooden staircase down from the Clifftop. It’s the perfect venue to have a beautiful private romantic dinner. At Rock Maison enjoy the sunset colours dancing across the sky and as you do so we recommend that we zip- line a bottle of champagne down to you, from the Cliff above. And yes… we said zip line. The “Rock” is linked to the Cliff Bar by a zip line enabling the staff to send down bottles of ice cold champagne in a basket along with mouthwatering canapés.

SPA MAISON Spa Maison offers an delectable assortment of treatments for both men and woman, please see our spa menu for the full selection of treatments and therapies available. After your treatment relax on the spa terrace where you may sit back and watch the birds and trees, whilst sipping a tisane or cold drink. For a small supplement massage treatments can be taken in your suite or room, on your terrace, on Rock Maison or under a gazebo in the garden – the choice is yours. We can occasionally offer other treatments from visiting therapists such as reflexology and shiatsu.
Yoga, Pilates & Fitness Yoga Classes both for groups and private in the privacy of your own Villa Suite are available together with our state of the art fitness studio, located in the main house, adjacent to the Spa. For the healthy minded check out some of chef’s smoothies available from the “Cliff” Bar. .

SWIMMING POOLS Take a dip in our infinity pool or relax in a more private setting at our garden pool. Several villa options also come with private pools, some on the rooftop.

WATER SPORTS The beach at Cap Maison is known locally as “Smugglers Cove”. The Naked Fisherman Restaurant is here and a lovely, safe, sandy & secluded little beach perfect for relaxing. There’s kayaks, Hobie Cat sailing and snorkelling to keep you amused and if you want to chill in an amazingly laid back way, try our hammock-on-the-rocks! Complimentary non motorized water sports include Hobie Cat sailing, snorkeling on the house reef, paddle boarding, windsurfing (lessons available).

CAP MAISON 1 LUXURY MOTOR LAUNCH Cap Maison owns its own handsome 46 foot “Sea Ray” luxury motor launch, Cap Maison 1, which is available privately and exclusively for Cap Maison guests. The expansive foredeck is wonderful for island viewing and sunbathing. The generous aft deck pulls out to make a double couch, with 2 cabins inside and a fully equipped galley and salon, all air conditioned, with cherry wood mouldings and soft decor. The ultimate in comfort, guests can take a day cruise down the west coast of the island and see the legendary Pitons. If you have not seen Saint Lucia from the sea you have missed one of the most beautiful sights in the world. You can either visit one of the local restaurants en route, or have our chef prepare an ‘on board’ spread for you and your guests. Cap Maison 1 is also available for spectacular tailor-made overnight cruises to the Pitons and 3 day trips to the world famous Grenadine islands with their picture book sandy islands and turquoise waters. There is no better way to see the Caribbean and add some sea borne adventure to your stay. Sunset cruises may also be arranged.
