Our family would like to welcome you to Villa ValMarc. This luxury villa is a short 2 minute stroll to the pristine beach of Mahoe Bay, with its spectacular coral reef in the Caribbean Sea. Villa ValMarc is surrounded by lush flower gardens and has an extensive variety of fruit trees,including mango, papaya, banana, lemon, lime, orange and star fruit. Any of which are delightful for you to enjoy with your sunset beverage while in the free form pool.

This very private villa has four air conditioned bedrooms all with their own bath suites. Two of the bath suites include an outdoor glass block shower. The villa is built with two free standing pavilions. The main villa has a great room, dining room, entertainment area, as well as a custom kitchen including an island ideal for accompanying the serious chef while wonderful West Indian creations are being prepared. Living space is flanked by two bedrooms, each with their own walk in closet. All rooms open to a covered patio, ideal for outdoor dining and some shaded space for relaxing.

Wendy's Watch, the second pavilion, has two air conditioned bedroom/bath suites. The upstairs suite is a complete studio apartment with a king size bed, indoor seating area as well as a small kitchen. The covered patio offers complete privacy from the rest of the villa. Downstairs is another bedroom/bath suite that also has a walk out balcony.

Villa ValMarc offers many amenities to complete your perfect vacation. Some of these include satellite television that has ESPN, HBO and the NBA Ticket among the many channels selections. You will also find a VCR, DVD player, CD/radio, a well as an assortment of games and videos and a collection of books for your reading pleasure. Wi-Fi is available in some spots in Mahoe Bay. There are two bar-b-ques - one gas and one charcoal. Also available for you are beach chairs, coolers, and the use of the Mahoe Bay tennis court. Each bedroom contains a complimentary safe for storage of valuables.

SPECIAL "RAIN GUARANTEE: Should a guest renting Villa Valmarc experience two or more FULL DAYS OF RAIN during their rental, and IF Valmarc is open and available (with no incoming guests arriving for the two days following the first party's rental), the guests who have endured the bad weather may stay on at Villa Valmarc for two additional days, with no additional rent due, to make up for the rained-out rental days. However, the guests must pay all maid service during their two raincheck days (i.e., the 12% Cleaning Fee will be in effect, based on that weeks' rent, (pro rated). The Mahoe Bay properties also have their own automatic generator should a loss of power occur.
