THE REEF RESTAURANT Overlooking the calm Caribbean sea, this is alfresco dining at its best. The elegant restaurant features daily changing a la carte menus, offering choices of fresh seafood and dishes combining classical cuisine with Caribbean ingredients and flavours. Executive Chef, Hance Bannister, heads a team of professional chefs with experience in some of the finest European and Caribbean restaurants. There is live entertainment every evening during the winter and five evenings per week during the summer. On Monday night there is a sumptuous West Indian/International buffet. On Thursday night there is a full choice Barbecue serving fillet and sirloin steaks, marinated breast of chicken, veal and pork ribs, lamb chops, pork sausages, jumbo prawns, fresh catch of the day, fish kebabs and fresh salmon burgers. This is followed by a floor show featuring limbo dancing, folk dancing and fire eating. The à La Carte menu changes daily on all other evenings and features classical adaptations, International fusions and local dishes. For guests on M.A.P., we offer exchange dining with other luxury hotels.

SPA
The Spa is housed within a beautiful colonial inspired building with clean, modern lines, set within a tropical garden paradise. Exotic vegetation and waterfalls weave throughout the spa, from the four multipurpose treatment rooms, each with its own private foot ritual patio and garden, to the Outdoor Pavilion for couples. The scene is set for unparalleled natural beauty and tranquility. Classic charm has been combined with a modern aesthetic, the interior design and layout winning The Spa widespread acclaim. The Spa takes its decorative colour palette from nature. Fine sand sheers, soft creamy linens and woven grasscloths sit with coral stone walls and dark chocolate wood. This tranquil palette accentuates the prevailing air of calm and the open walkways allow warm breezes to continually flow, emphasising the notion that interior and exterior are one. The facilities include a luxurious 'open sided' Relaxation Room, an outdoor Hydro-pool with shaded cabanas for post treatment leisure, a Thermal Suite with a serene Crystal Steam Room and Experience Shower and a Spa Lounge offering secluded relaxation. Finally, a chic Manicure, Pedicure Room commands striking views over the treetops of the property. A wide selection of luxurious collections, designed for health, beauty, relaxation and rejuvenation, are offered at The Spa.

POOLS
There are two mosaic tiled swimming pools. The Plantation Suites and Luxury Cottage/Suites have their own plunge pools.

WATER SPORTS
Complimentary non motorized watersports including Hobie Cat sailing, Laser and Sunfish sailing, Kayaking, Paddle boarding and Snorkeling. Scuba diving school on property Full Naui and Padi certification available – Hightide Watersports Deep Sea fishing charters for big game fishing can be arranged.

GYM
The Gym contains the following equipment: treadmills, recumbent cycle, upright cycle, summit climber, rowing machine, dumbbells of all weights, Universal weight machine and Smith machine for heavy weights.

TENNIS
We have two tennis courts which are lit for night play. We offer complimentary tennis coaching with our resident pro from 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. daily (except Sundays). Adults and children are welcome.

OFF SITE GOLF
